Roslyn Bell is a Professional business woman, having created and ran her own businesses for over 14 years. Her first business venture took her into the field of fashion, where she created, managed and ran a very successful ladies boutique. Owning the shop sparked off the idea to go into property investing, this seemed a perfect compliment and soon she started buying properties to rent.

Within a few years this had evolved into another business and in time it became apparent that life would be better to rent the shop and put it into the portfolio allowing her more time to concentrate on the property side of business. This grew from residential to commercial properties both in Ireland and the UK.

Creativity within property was always Roslyn’s passion and soon she was to acquire a substantial property within the walls of Chester’s old city. The top 2 floors of the 400 year old listed building had been dormant for over 100yrs and it was not long until Roslyn transformed these into apartments. Roslyn now runs a very successful 4* holiday let business from the apartments, www.chesterholiday.com , where people from all over the world come for both business and pleasure. Two of the apartments have recently been awarded prestigious gold awards and they are also in the finals for Self Catering of the Year Award 2010.

She has recently written a book called “I will be home in 20 minutes” telling her amazing journey of life, which will be launched in September 2010. TG4 an Irish television channel have filmed her as part of a documentary on women which is due to go on air in January 2011. Roslyn is also a keynote speaker and has spoken at various events throughout Ireland.

Her passion is in her life story where she inspires people by using her own adversities and challenges of life as examples to inspire them to go and live the life they are destined to live.

She currently lives in Ireland.
